Kate Strohl

Kate brings 10+ years of coaching and facilitating across hundreds of clients, from global financial firms to local nonprofits, and a background managing 200+ employer partnerships at CU Boulder's Leeds School of Business. Her graduate research focused on social connection, identity, and belonging in emerging adults. She's also the creator of the Enneagram Reflection Cards, a tool designed to help people put their Enneagram knowledge into practice.

Her desire for this work is to equip young professionals and the people managing them with tools to better understand themselves and each other. That mission took root when she first discovered the Enneagram in 2015, and after being mistyped and misinformed, decided it was too complicated. It wasn't until three years later that she was re-introduced to the tool and experienced how it gave words to her thoughts and feelings in a way she'd never been able to before. Since then, the Enneagram has completely transformed her life and the lives of many around her.

Originally from Boulder, CO, Kate now resides in San Diego, CA and spends much of her free time on the move. Between outdoor adventures and international treks, Kate loves to explore the cultural dimension of the Enneagram and bring the tool to everyone who crosses her path.
